Magnetic roof antenna
Low-profile magnetic mount with a five metre lead. Fits the standard connector used by most vehicle receivers.
Replacement antennas, power leads and docks, with the symptom each one actually fixes.
Three parts cover almost every fault we see. Compatibility is checked with you on the call before anything is dispatched.
Low-profile magnetic mount with a five metre lead. Fits the standard connector used by most vehicle receivers.
Replacement vehicle power lead with a fused plug and an LED. For receivers that cut out or will not hold power.
Vent-mount cradle with Bluetooth audio out, so a portable receiver plays through the car stereo without a cassette adapter.
Work it out from the symptom rather than from the part name:
The antenna needs metal under it and sky above it. The usual spot is the centre of the roof, towards the back, clear of a sunroof and clear of a roof rack. Run the lead into the cabin through the rubber seal at the top of the door frame rather than trapping it in the door itself — a lead pinched in a door lasts a few months at most.
On an aluminium-panelled vehicle a magnet will not hold. Those need an adhesive or bracket mount, so tell us the model on the call.
Most vehicle receivers use the same antenna connector, so most parts fit most cars. The exceptions are factory-fitted head units where the satellite antenna is shared with the AM/FM aerial, and a small number of models where the receiver sits behind the dash and is not reachable without trim removal. We check both before anything is sent.
Parts are dispatched from stock. If a part we confirmed as compatible does not fit, send it back unused within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it, return postage included. Full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
An antenna and a power lead are both plug-in jobs that need no tools and no cutting. A dock that you want hard-wired rather than run from the 12V socket is a job for an installer, because it means working behind the dash.
