We are an independent provider of satellite radio subscriptions, replacement hardware and setup support for vehicles in the United States.
Independence
We are not SiriusXM. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Sirius XM Radio Inc., nor by any vehicle manufacturer. Product names, brand names and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe equipment and compatibility.
Subscriptions and pricing
Prices shown on this site are the annual plan cost expressed as a monthly figure, and an annual plan is paid in full at the start of the term. Paying month to month costs the higher rate shown alongside. Prices, plan names and channel line-ups change from time to time and the figures on this site are indicative.
The price, the term and what is included are confirmed to you verbally before any payment is taken. What is agreed on that call is what applies, not what a page on this website said on the day you read it.
Renewal and cancellation
Tell us before the end of a term if you do not want it to renew and we will take it off automatic renewal. An active plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds for a part-used term are at our discretion and are dealt with case by case.
Hardware
Hardware is sold subject to availability and to it fitting your vehicle. We check compatibility with you on the call before anything is dispatched; if a part we confirmed turns out not to fit, return it unused within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it, including return postage. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or after 30 days may be refused.
Installation
Fitting equipment in a vehicle can affect factory wiring and trim. If you are not confident, use a qualified installer. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, and nothing we say on a call is a substitute for your vehicle handbook.
Accuracy of the guidance on this site
The troubleshooting guidance here describes how this equipment generally behaves. It is not specific to your vehicle, and menus, wiring and equipment differ between models, trims and model years. Where our guidance and your owner handbook disagree, follow the handbook.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with anything bought from us is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
